An avid learner, Derek has a deep passion for leadership coaching and process improvement. A former collegiate multi-sport athlete, he started his career in management and sales. He joined Right Networks as a Client Success Manager before moving to Service leadership.

A father of 3, he enjoys coaching his children's sports, running, and tinkering with woodworking.
